Shipping Information

Items are sent out Monday to Friday from our Auckland warehouse. Once your order and payment are received, we will endeavour to have it packaged and dispatched from our premises within 1-2 working days. Bank payments may delay your order sending until it shows in our account. If there happens to be any issue with your order we will contact you ASAP. 

Please be aware that while you may not consider your address rural, it may be classed as rural by the courier guidelines. To check if your delivery address is considered rural, you can use this tool. We ship with New Zealand Couriers or Aramex.

A courier company will deliver the package to your door within approximately 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch (this may be longer for rural deliveries). A tracking number is also provided with every order.

NOTE: The delivery time frames above are targets only. We will try our best to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible, but please be aware that cannot guarantee delivery dates. We will not offer refunds for orders delayed by couriers or orders that arrive later than you hope. By placing your order, we will assume that you have decided to go ahead with the sale and will process it accordingly.

Please note deliveries only take place on weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

All packages will be given Authority to Leave unless the Signature Required checkbox is selected at the cart (additional charge may applied). Where there is no signature required, we cannot take responsibility for missing or stolen packages. 


The fine print:

Terryberri does not take any responsibility for parcels being misaddressed. Please ensure your correct address is provided during the order process, including (if applicable): suburb, RD number, company name (if being delivered to a work place). Please note that changing your address after placing your order does not update your order.

Bank transfer orders will be cancelled if they remain unpaid after 3 working days

If your parcel arrives damaged or not complete, please keep any packaging and contact us immediately. Any lost or damaged parcels need to go through the standard claims process and we need to know within 3 days or we can’t process a claim.

Please choose your items carefully. Due to our products being food contact items and/or personalised, we cannot take them back if you change your mind (even if unopened).

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days so we can rectify and hold all packaging. If your item shows as delivered but has not been received, please get in touch right away.
