Refund Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept change of mind returns for exchange, refund or Gift Card for products:

  • That are handmade edible products
  • That are customised product; or
  • Without proof of purchase.

Damaged/missing/incorrect items

If, upon receipt, any of your items are damaged, please contact us straight away. All our products are checked to ensure they are perfect prior to packaging, therefore we would need to lodge a claim with the freight company. Please retain all packaging so we can see how it was damaged in transit.

If you have received an incorrect product to that ordered, please contact us immediately and we will exchange it at our cost.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please email us on sales@terryberri.co.nz. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and either replace or refund the product
